Meditate for 15 minutes daily

This can be done first thing in the morning or in the evening. A minutes of silence at the start of your day or in the evening will help center your mind and give you break from the headlines. A few of our favorite mindset applications are Audible, Stoic, Headspace, Insight Timer & Calm

Buy some plants and flowers

Plants and flowers in your home are an instant mood booster. They help with concentration & creativity as well as clean your indoor air. 

Light some candles

Scented candles help create a calming environment. It’s a bonus if they have essential oil which can help with anxiety & stress.

Get moving

Let’s get those endorphins going. Endorphins will help you reduce stress and fight against anxiety and depression.

Detox your timeline

Too much noise from conspiracists &  people who claim to be experts can become too much. Detox your timeline by unfollowing people who do not add to your peace. Bonus if you also turn off those CNN alerts that are coming in every 30 mins

Lean on your community

We are all in this together. No man is an island. Any feelings that you’re experiencing, someone else is probably also feeling. Lean on people who you can talk with. Time with friends is our favorite form of self-care.
